Shipping time
In stock items will be dispatched within three working days of receipt of payment and we will email you if there are any delays. All orders are shipped from New Zealand.
Orders shipped to destinations within New Zealand will be sent by Courier Post and are tracked. Items may need to be signed for, so if you are not at home we recommend having your item sent to your work address. Orders and Returns
How to Exchange/Return:
If your purchase is not suitable or doesn’t fit, we are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased online (unless stated otherwise e.g sale items).
Returned items are at your own cost via a track and trace method.
If you wish to exchange/return please follow these steps:
- Email us within 7 days of delivery at coco.sharpe@gmail.com to let us know you are returning items.
- Send the return items in an unworn, unused and original condition (including tags intact and attached) to us via a traceable method, e.g. track and trace courier.
- After accepting the return item, CocoSharpe will exchange or refund you.
Please ensure you have read and met the above conditions before returning your purchase.
